Kissimmee upgrades flood insurance rating, unlocking bigger discounts for residents

Kissimmee’s improved FEMA flood insurance rating (CRS Class 7 to Class 5) will boost eligible NFIP policyholder discounts to 25% starting Oct. 1, saving some residents hundreds annually.
