Interest in trading cards jumped during the pandemic -- with folks digging through boxes in closets and garages to keep themselves busy. That's now turned into an estimated 50-billion dollar industry, spawning a star-studded expo in New York...and also questions about whether some of the more popular aspects of trading and collecting.. are actually gambling.
