Man accused of driving 118 MPH on I-4 in Orlando with loaded gun, ramming detective’s car

A Sanford man is facing three felony charges after police say he drove 118 mph on Interstate 4 with a loaded handgun within arm’s reach, refused to stop for officers and rammed a detective’s patrol car overnight Saturday. Jose Rosario, 21, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of I-4 and State Road 408, according to an Orlando Police arrest affidavit.
