Suspect in Orange County Courthouse parking garage shooting was waiting in victim's car, police say

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 26-year-old Kenneth Jerome Logan Jr. He is accused of shooting at a woman in the parking garage of the Orange County Courthouse in Downtown Orlando Wednesday. The incident was reported around 11:30 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies found a woman “who was shot at by a person known to her, but not injured.”  An arrest warrant says the victim had returned to her car in the parking garage when she noticed her driver’s seat had been moved. Then she saw someone in the backseat. Investigators say Logan got out of the car and fired his gun twice at the woman, then chased her through the garage. The suspect fled the scene after the shooting.
