Parents arrested after toddler found wandering in Osceola County roadway

Deputies arrested two parents after a 2-year-old child was found wandering in the middle of a roadway late Saturday night, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies responded around 11:39 p.m. Sept. 26 to the area of Jones Road and Talisi Loop after a driver spotted the toddler walking in the road. The driver stopped, brought the child to safety and called 911.
