ORLANDO, Fla. – Update: The United States Postal Service said that regular service will resume in the 321, 327 and 329 ZIP codes beginning Thursday.

After Hurricane Dorian passes by Central Florida, it may take some time before normalcy resumes.
The United States Postal Service is one of the agencies that will need to make some adjustments during the recovery period, meaning that your mail may be delayed by a few days.
USPS issued a statement Tuesday night letting customers know that postal workers will not be able to deliver mail if there are high winds, flooding or other unsafe conditions.
Anyone with questions about their local post office's hours can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (800-274-8777) for information or visit the USPS Service Alerts website and the PostalPro website.
Given the storm's path, the agency announced the following adjustments:
Effective Wednesday, the following two three-digit ZIP codes will resume normal operations: 338, 339.
Effective Wednesday, the following two three-digit ZIP Codes will resume normal retail operations and delivery operations will resume on a delayed schedule: 328, 347.
Effective at 8 a.m. Wednesday, normal retail operations will resume and delivery operations will resume on a delayed schedule in the 321 three-digit ZIP Code, with the exception of the following
30 offices, which will remain closed until further notice:
