Here’s how the weather is looking in Central Florida after Nicole

Cooler weather, dry conditions on the way to Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. – After enduring rainfall from Nicole, Central Florida will see a stretch of sunshine and dry conditions for several days.

Rain bands from Nicole lashed the Orlando area on Wednesday and Thursday, and there’s a 40% chance of rain Friday, with highs in the low 80s.

Saturday will be mostly sunny, with a high of 81 in Orlando. The average high in Orlando for this time of year is 79 degrees.

The overnight low will dip into the mid-to-upper 50s.

On Sunday, highs will struggle to get to the 70s, with Orlando looking at a high of 72.

Highs will stay in the mid-to-upper 70s under partly cloudy skies most of next week.

Nicole struck Florida as a hurricane near Vero Beach, bringing heavy rain, gusty winds, rough surf and storm surge to Central Florida.
