ORLANDO, Fla. – A huge warming trend is about to get underway. Highs Monday after a chilly morning rebound to near 70 degrees.

Expect a mix of sun and clouds through the afternoon. The breeze will continue, gusting at times to near 25 mph. The warming trend continues Tuesday with highs in the mid 70s. Central Florida will flirt with the 80s Wednesday.

Temperatures jump into record territory, low-to-mid 80s for Thursday and Friday. The next best shot at rain and a cooldown arrive Sunday. High pressure building off of the Florida coast will aim to keep most of the week ahead dry.

That is the same system responsible for pulling in the unseasonably warm air for the middle of the week.
