ORLANDO, Fla. – Keep those umbrellas handy as there’s a good chance of rain Tuesday in Central Florida.
Rain chances rise to 40% in the afternoon, and a few thunderstorms may pop up, producing some much-needed relief from the dry conditions we’ve been experiencing.
Daytime highs in the Orlando area are expected to climb into the lower 90s before the rain moves in.
While the rain is a welcome change, it’s important to note that the fire threat remains at medium-to-high levels across parts of Central Florida. Residents should remain cautious when dealing with open flames, as conditions are still not ideal.
