Triple-digit feels are likely this weekend

ORLANDO, Fla. – A pocket of dry air will drift in today, slightly lowering rain chances to around 40–50%. Still, both the east and west coast sea breezes will fire up, pushing in scattered showers and storms throughout the day.

A few of these storms could bring heavy downpours and gusty winds between 20–30 mph.

Looking ahead to Father’s Day on Sunday, the morning should start off mainly dry, but rain chances climb to 40% by the afternoon. Temperatures will once again push into the 90s.

Next week looks a bit unsettled with daily rain chances and Wednesday shaping up to be the hottest day, with a high of 96 degrees. Juneteenth will be hot and humid with mid 90s on tap, and as summer officially kicks off on Friday, it’ll definitely feel like it.
