ORLANDO, Fla. – The dry and warm weather continues to end the work week. By the weekend, highs surge back into the low 90s in Central Florida.
Sunshine will be dominant Saturday with a few more clouds developing later in the day Sunday.
Both days will feature temperatures flirting with high temperature records.
Next week
A cold front will move through Central Florida Sunday into Monday. Outside of a few stray showers early Monday, most will be dry. Extra clouds and much cooler temperatures will return by Monday afternoon.
Highs fall to around 80 degrees on Monday and the upper 70s on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Rainfall over the next ten days appears to be limited at best.
Beach forecast
While the weather will be fantastic at the beach, be mindful that the rip current risk remains elevated through at least the weekend.
Make sure you are swimming near a lifeguard and paying attention to the conditions.
