Brevard County lifeguard to compete on 'Survivor'

SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. – A Central Florida lifeguard will soon get the chance to show the world she can "outwit, outplay and outlast" all the others.

Ashley Nolan, a 26-year-old lifeguard in Satellite Beach, will be competing on the newest installment of the hit CBS reality show "Survivor." 

Nolan is one of 18 contestants competing in the 35th edition of the show, which is themed "Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers." 

The show premieres Wednesday, Sept. 27 on News 6.
