OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – Osceola County deputies arrested 10 people in an undercover internet child sex sting.
Detectives posed as juveniles to talk with people in chat rooms and instant messaging programs online. The suspects would then travel to meet up with the undercover detectives in Osceola County with the intent to have sex with a child, deputies said.

Detectives say of the 10 arrested, three of them arranged with a "father" to have sex with his 14-year-old daughter. According to his arrest report, military veteran Ralph Cox, asked the undercover persona if the daughter would be interested in bondage. 23-year-old Kevin Juan Ramon and 29-year-old Steven Myers also made the arrangements through whom they thought was a dad.
Osceola County Sheriff's spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain says what's scary is these 10 men were the only ones who followed through with meeting the child, but adds detectives were talking to several more online predators who didn't show up or couldn't make it.
"What should be concerning to parents is that 10 were arrested but detectives spoke with many more individuals in that 60-hour period but they just couldn't' make arrangements to come," Lizasuain said. "That's why parents should be alarmed at the fact that there are predators out there that want to harm children. They need to know who their children are talking to online."

Saurabh Agrawal, 32, charged with travel to meet child for sex, attempted lewd and lascivious battery.
Norman Nazario-Negron, 23, travel to meet child for sex, attempted lewd and lascivious battery, tampering with evidence, criminal conspiracy, failure to obey law enforcement orders, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer.
Royston Khadaroo, 42, charged with travel to meet child for sex, attempted lewd and lascivious battery, use of a computer to seduce/lure a child, criminal conspiracy.
Carlos Velasquez, 40, charged with travel to meet child for sex, use of a computer to seduce/lure a child, 3 counts of personal electronic transmission of information to a minor, attempted lewd and lascivious battery and criminal conspiracy.
Matthew Sauer, 21, charged with travel to meet child for sex, use of computer to lure/seduce a child, attempted lewd & lascivious battery and criminal conspiracy.
Kevin Juan Roman, 23, charged with travel to meet child for sex, attempted lewd and lascivious battery and criminal conspiracy.
Christopher Maxwell Jackson, 27, charged with travel to meet child for sex, attempted lewd and lascivious battery and criminal conspiracy.
Ralph Cox, 63, charged with travel to meet child for sex, attempted lewd and lascivious battery, criminal conspiracy, two counts of personal electronic transmission of information to a minor, use of computer to seduce/lure a child.
Joseph Charles Perkins, 21, charged with travel to meet child for sex, attempted lewd and lascivious battery and criminal conspiracy.
Steven Myers, 29, charged with 2 counts of travel to meet child for sex, 2 counts of attempted lewd and lascivious battery and 2 counts of criminal conspiracy.
