Among the guest speakers expected at Lake Eola Ampitheater include former Representative Dick Batchelor, DCF Assistant Secretary for Operations John K. Cooper, Osceola County Sheriff Bob Hansell, Oviedo Police Chief Chudnow, as well as representatives from local law enforcement, child protection, and child advocacy centers within Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Polk, and Lake counties.

April has nationally been recognized as Child Abuse Prevention Month.

As a reminder to the community that all children should experience happy and healthy childhoods - free of abuse, the Lake Eola fountain will remain blue until Wednesday.

In addition, blue pinwheel gardens scattered throughout the communities
compliment the blue color of the fountain along with the intended message.
