Judge rules Casey Anthony must release financial information

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez say they need to evaluate 'net worth'

ORLANDO, Fla. – A judge ruled on Tuesday that Casey Anthony must release financial information to Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman charging her with defamation.

Gonzalez's attorneys said they wanted to know if Anthony had received any money from her parent's trust fund to determine Anthony's net worth. Anthony's lawyers argued it was private financial information. The judge ruled the information would be kept confidential.

Gonzalez shares a similar name as a fictitious baby sitter -- Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez -- whom Anthony initially said kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter in 2008. At Anthony's murder trial last summer, Anthony's defense claimed Caylee drowned in the family's swimming pool and, therefore, had not been abducted. Caylee's remains were found in December 2008.

Anthony was acquitted of murder charges in July 2011 but was found guilty of lying to authorities.
