3 arrests made in fatal night club shooting

Jeremiah Barriner, 31, killed Saturday at Rodeo Country Night Club

MOUNT DORA, Fla. – Police have made three arrests in a fatal club shooting that happened Saturday in Mt. Dora.

Fernando Castaneda is charged with principal to premeditated murder and Richard Herrera is charged with accessory after the fact to premeditated murder in the shooting death of Jeremiah Barriner, 31.

Police said the person they believed to be the gunman, Jose Margarito Aguirre IV (pictured above), 24, was also taken into custody Tuesday night in San Antonio, Texas.

When police arrived to Rodeo Country Night Club Saturday they heard shots fired in the parking lot and saw Barriner on the ground.

Barriner was taken to Waterman Hospital in critical condition and later died, according to police.

In addition to a premeditated murder charge, Herrera is also charged with accessory after the fact to premeditated murder and filing a false police report.

Aguirre's charges are unknown at this time.

Deputies said the investigation is ongoing.
