Murder-suicide cited after 2 found dead in Orlando condo

Investigation ongoing at Hampshire House condos

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police on Tuesday said murder-suicide was likely to blame after a man and woman were found dead in a condo.

Kimberly Baxter, 40, and Robert Faircloth III, 32, were found dead by family members and friends in the Hampshire House condos at 320 Lakeview Street around 1 p.m. Sunday, according to police.

Police said the two knew each other and lived in the complex.

Orlando police said the case remains under investigation, but all evidence points toward a murder-suicide.

"At this time, the Orlando Police Department is not looking for any at-large suspects," OPD said in an email.

The Medical Examiner's Office has ruled Baxter's death a homicide, police said. The ruling on Faircloth's death is pending toxicology results, according to police.

"There is a lack of evidence at this time to suggest Faircloth was murdered, so toxicology will play an instrumental role in determining his cause and manner of death," police said.
