World's tallest swing approved for I-Drive

StarFlyer to be constructed near Orlando Eye

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orange County Commission on Tuesday approved a new ride for International Drive that will take riders even higher than the Orlando Eye.

The StarFlyer will be built in the old Gooding's shopping plaza and will twirl guests 420 feet in the air.

The new attraction will be the largest chair-swinging ride in the world.

The commission recently approved Skyplex, which will be built on I-Drive and will include the potentially tallest roller coaster in the world.
