Authorities investigate armed home invasion in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orange County Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed home invasion that happened in Orlando.

It happened in the 2000 block of Holley Street in Colonial Village.

Deputies said the victim was inside his home when a person knocked on the door.

The victim opened the door and was confronted by the person, who had a firearm. Deputies said he forced the victim to turn over electronic devices.

The armed man took off in a vehicle.
