Police in South Daytona said the teen used the app "Meet Me" to lure different men to spots along Ridgewood Avenue in March. Investigators said the group she was working with would rob and carjack the men.

One of the victims was shot in the stomach, police said.

Cook is expected to face a judge Friday.

Police have not identified the others accused of being involved in the carjackings.
