2 men injured in shooting outside liquor store, deputies say

Deputies: 2 men taken to Orlando hospital

ORLANDO, Fla. – Two men who were shot in the drive-thru of an Orlando liquor store early Sunday morning drove to the Orange County Sheriff's Office after the incident, deputies said.

Deputies said a 28-year-old man and 29-year-old man were in the drive-thru of the Legacy Liquor store at the 600 block of North Kirkman Road at 1:20 a.m. when someone pulled up in front of the vehicle the men were in and began shooting.

The men then fled the store and drove to the Orange County Sheriff's Office headquarters on the 2500 block of West Colonial Drive and called 911, deputies said.

Both men were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center for gunshot wounds on their upper bodies, according to the Sheriff's Office. Deputies said both men appeared to be in stable condition.

Orange County deputies have not identified any suspects. The incident remains under investigation.

Deputies asked anyone with information to call Crimeline or the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
