Man arrested in deadly Eagle Creek shooting, deputies say Clay Curtsinger charged with first-degree murder
Clay Curtsinger, 47, of Debary, is charged with first-degree murder.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Deputies identified a shooting victim killed Friday night in an Orlando subdivision, and said they have arrested a suspect.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting Friday in the Eagle Creek neighborhood at Budsworth Circle and Daveham Point. When they arrived, authorities found Jack Radke, 40, dead.
Clay Curtsinger, 47, of Debary, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Deputies said there are no additional suspects in this case.
The Sheriff's Office did not say what led up to the fatal shooting.
