Details about Robinson's arrest have not been released.
The shooting was reported Dec. 3 on Danzig Court.
"When I woke up this morning, it was all of this commotion out here," Curtis Clark, who lives near the crime scene, told News 6 after the shooting.
Other neighbors told News 6 they heard rapid gunfire that sounded like fireworks.
"I hate that it happened like that. We don't have nothing happen out here like that," Clark said. "I hope they catch them, put them in jail for a long time."
