2 dead, 2 injured in Orange County shooting, officials say

Investigation underway near West Oak Ridge Road, South Orange Blossom Trail

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Two men were killed and two other men were injured in a Saturday evening shooting in Orange County, officials said.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office is investigating in the area of West Oak Ridge Road and South Orange Blossom Trail.

Officials said one man was found dead by a car behind a Papa John's in the area. One of the men, who went inside the Papa John's to ask for help, was taken to the hospital, where he died.

The other two men were at the hospital, where one of the men was undergoing surgery, officials said. The other man's condition was not given.

Deputies received a description of a car that fled from the scene, heading south on Orange Blossom Trail. The vehicle then became involved in a crash at the intersection of Sand Lake Road and Orange Avenue before driving north on Orange Avenue.

Officials said the driver, a 21-year-old man, was in custody on fleeing charges, and they believe he could be connected to the shooting.

On Sunday, officials identified the victims who died as Anthony Raul Feliciano, 20, and Philip O’Brien, 23. The other two men were identified as Lane Patterson, 21, and Jose Boulogne, 19.

It's unknown what led up to the shooting.
