It’s hard enough to go several hours without using a smartphone. Could you imagine going without one for a year?

That means no selfies, no scrolling through Instagram or asking Siri random questions.

VitaminWater has offered up $100,000 to the person who can go without their smartphone for a full year.

Could you do it for that kind of dough?

If you think you have what it takes, you can enter the contest by sharing your pitch on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtags #nophoneforayear and #contest.

Only one participant will be selected, so make your pitch unique.

Your phone must be from the 2000s era and you will be forced to hand it over.

If your withdrawal is too much to handle, the participant can still take home $10,000 for making it to the six-month mark.

If you’re ready to give this a try, be sure to enter by Jan. 9, 2019.
