Name released of man shot and killed in Cocoa Beach motel

No suspects information has been released at this time

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Cocoa Beach Police said around 8 p.m. officers were called to a shooting at the Fawlty Towers motel on the East Cocoa Beach Causeway.

Police said officers found Shawn M. McGraw, 46, of Cocoa Beach, suffering from a gunshot wound inside a motel room.

McGraw died from his injuries after being taken to the hospital, according to police.

Officers said the investigation is still in the early stages.

No suspect information has been released at this time.
