ORLANDO, Fla. – A new study by MovingPlace tracked the most in-demand ZIP codes in America, and one Florida neighborhood cracked the top 10.
The report analyzed almost one million moves made in October to find the most popular areas.

The hottest Florida ZIP was 32256 in Jacksonville. It ranked sixth in the top 10 moved-to ZIP codes in October with 294 moves.

MovingPlace says house prices in Jacksonville are a big reason why it has one of the hottest ZIPs. The median sale price of a home in 32256 is $388,000, up 21.3 percent since last year.
The study also says the 32256 ZIP is attractive because of strong job opportunities and easy access to the center of Jacksonville.
Researchers found that sunbelt states are seeing the biggest migration overall, with Florida, Texas and Tennessee attracting the most new residents per capita. The 34987 ZIP in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, more than doubled its moves month-over-month.
