Man fatally shot during disturbance at Cocoa home, deputies say

COCOA, Fla. – An argument at a home Saturday evening led to a man being fatally shot, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said 34-year-old Clint Back was at his home on Melaleuca Road around 6 p.m. when a disturbance involving people at the residence broke out, which escalated into Back being shot.

Back died at the scene, a news release said.
The people who were at the home at the time of the shooting are cooperating with the investigation.
Deputies said the results of the investigation will be forwarded to the State Attorney's Office to determine whether charges will be filed.
