Wimbledon champion returns to Central Florida

Teenager Jordan Lee Won Boys’ Singles Title

ORLANDO, Fla. – For any serious tennis player, winning at Wimbledon is the dream. It’s the victory of a lifetime. Orlando teenager Jordan Lee achieved it on July 12. He captured the Wimbledon Boys Singles Championship with a three-set win over a higher ranked opponent.

The victory took more than three sets. It took years of training and practice and months of recovery. This incredible chapter of Jordan’s career almost was not written. He had to persevere through injuries during the year prior and then qualify for the tournament famous for its grass courts. Jordan put in the work and became only the second qualifier in history to win the Wimbledon Boys title and the first American to do so since 2021.

Jordan has another big tournament this summer. He will head to next month’s US Open and take the stage in New York as a Wimbledon champion.
