PHILADELPHIA – A 17-year-old girl reported missing out of Philadelphia may be traveling to Cocoa, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Savannah Jace went missing from her home on June 27, the NCMEC said in a news release. She’s described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 170 pounds with brown eyes and dyed purple hair, the release states.

Jace was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and carrying her pet cat Whiskers in a cat carrier, according to the NCMEC.

The girl’s grandmother, Dinah Jace, provided the following statement in hopes it would reach Savannah:

“Savannah, we love and miss you so much. Please let us know that you are okay. All we want is for you to come home,” Dinah Jace said.

Anyone who sees Savannah Jace or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the NCMEC at 800-843-5678 or the Philadelphia Police Department at 215-686-3154.
