During the traffic stop, officials said Mills told the trooper he thought he was racing him.

Mills allegedly reached a top speed of 120 mph, troopers said, violating Florida’s new “Super Speeder” law that makes any excess of the speed limit by 50 mph or more an arrestable offense.

Mills allegedly admitted to driving 90 mph, the report says, which was still 25 mph over the posted speed limit.

Mills was arrested and booked into the Seminole County Jail, facing a charge of dangerous excessive speeding, officials said.

Mills’ vehicle was towed, the report stated.
