Phantasmagoria bringing ‘Hauntingly Whimsical Tales’ to several Central Florida cities This marks the 16th installment of the long-running series from the Victorian Horror Troupe

ORLANDO, Fla. – Phantasmagoria Orlando and DiDonna Productions is celebrating spooky season through the tales of the late artist and author Edward Gorey . This year would have been his 100th Birthday.
Phantasmagoria blends together storytelling, dance, puppetry, projections, original music and more. The group will be bringing Gorey’s worlds to the big stage.
The show is fully licensed through the Edward Gorey Charitable Trust, and it draws from several of his stories, including “The Gilded Bat,” “The Beastly Baby,” and “The Wuggly Ump.”
Here’s a list of show dates and locations:
Oct. 3-4: Melon Patch Theatre, Leesburg
Oct. 9-13: Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Orlando
Oct. 24-25: Athens Theatre, DeLand
Oct. 26: Tampa Theatre, Tampa
Nov. 1: Reilly Arts Center, Ocala
Nov. 7-8: Theatre West End, Sanford
