According to a probable cause affidavit, Bruce Alan Pillow, 65, and the other driver had exchanged insurance information before the other driver began taking additional photos of his own vehicle.

Pillow got upset and struck the other driver several times in the chest before the two started “tussling on the ground,” according to the affidavit.

Pillow got back in his car, and the other driver told him he could not leave because police were on the way. Pillow reversed his car and drove forward, hitting the other driver with the car, the affidavit states.

The other driver was taken to the hospital.

Pillow faces aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and simple battery. He has since been released from jail.
