BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – An annual renaissance fair in Brevard County canceled its 2026 event earlier this month because it could not find a venue, but another renaissance fair will go on in Melbourne next month.
The Space Coast Renaissance Fair is taking place at Space Coast Daily Park on Stadium Parkway in Melbourne on two weekends: Jan. 10-11 and Jan. 17-18.

The organizers of this festival, Bill Keevan and Tracy Perry, have performed at the Orlando Fringe Festival and at the Orlando Renaissance Fair.
Several of the live performers at the Orlando Renaissance Fair will be at the Melbourne event, which will feature falconry, jousting and live combat, live music, fire eating, knife throwing, sword swallowing, and more.
There will also be an arts and crafts marketplace, food vendors, a pub crawl and a costume contest.
The organizers of the Brevard Renaissance Fair have struggled recently with finding a permanent home. The county said the event could not be held at Wickham Park in Melbourne anymore.
Last week, the organizers said a temporary location appeared to pop up in November, but they couldn’t secure it in time for 2026.
The Brevard Renaissance Fair will be back in 2027.
