Missing Orlando man located, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. – A man with a cognitive disorder who went missing Saturday afternoon has been located, according to Orlando police.
Police said that Hector Luis Ramos Mendez was last seen in area of 4419 South Semoran Boulevard around 2 p.m., but posted on social media around 6 p.m. saying that he was located.
According to OPD, Mendez has a cognitive disorder that could prevent him from returning home

Police said Mendez is known to frequent the Lake Fredrica Plaza area, including the Walmart at 3838 South Semoran Boulevard.
