WINTER PARK, Fla. – A person was shot and killed early Tuesday in Winter Park, police said.
The fatal shooting happened on Railroad Avenue off North Pennsylvania Avenue, west of North Park Avenue.
Police have not released details about the shooting, including the name and age of the victim or whether anyone has been arrested.
A neighbor told News 6 that she heard two or three gunshots outside and then saw what appeared to be a body of a young man.
Pennsylvania Avenue was blocked from Webster Avenue to Dunbar Street, but the roadway was later reopened.
