2 suspects in custody after double shooting in Winter Park, police say

WINTER PARK, Fla. – The Winter Park Police Department is investigating a double shooting that occurred on Tuesday.

Police responded to a call that stated two people had been shot in the area of Overlook Road.

A suspect vehicle was later found and led police on a chase that ended in the Lake Mary area, where two people were taken into custody, according to police.

Authorities say the victims were both taken to the hospital for treatment, but the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
