ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A South Florida man is taking a company to court after he was bitten by an alligator last summer, according to court records recently obtained by News 6.
The lawsuit shows that the man — identified as Edil Kasenov — visited Airboat Rides at Midway in Christmas back in June 2025.

But during the free “Alligator Encounter” experience, he reportedly suffered a bite — in the face.
Now, Kasenov is accusing the business of negligence, claiming to have suffered disfigurement and hospitalization, among other impediments.
“There were no warnings, signs or other devices to warn or indicate the vicious nature of the subject alligator,” the lawsuit reads. “Additionally, there were no measures used by the defendant to restrain the alligator or otherwise protect (Kasenov).”
In all, the lawsuit is seeking damages of over $50,000 in the case.
