OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – An Osceola County deputy was arrested Thursday morning, accused of domestic violence.
Deputies say the victim reported Elias Ramirez III, 34, from an Orange County RaceTrac after they said Ramirez began shoving and kicking her.

According to the arrest affidavit, Ramirez had also taken the victim’s personal and work phones and refused to give them back, and refused to leave when asked.
That’s when the victim left, went to the RaceTrac gas station and called law enforcement from there.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said it has put Ramirez on administrative leave pending the conclusion of an investigation. He had been with the agency since 2024.
However, the victim also told deputies that she did not want to prosecute criminally or testify in court over the incident.
