Residents evacuated in Eustis over a gas leak

EUSTIS, Fla. – Residents in Eustis were evacuated because of a gas leak on Tuesday. That leak has since been resolved, and the evacuation order is being lifted.

The leak was in the area of Key Street and Grove Street, just east of State Road 19.

South Center Street was closed from Lemon Avenue to Fernshaw Avenue.

Key Avenue was closed from South Grove Street to South Mary Street.

Please avoid the area if possible.
