BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Saturday is a chance to see NASA’s SpaceX Crew-13 mission astronauts talk about what they expect as they get ready to lift off next week.
The astronauts are expected to land at Kennedy Space Center soon.
The crew is set for liftoff Thursday from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on their way to the International Space Station.
NASA Astronaut Jessica Watkins will be the spacecraft commander, while NASA astronaut Luke Delaney will serve as pilot. They are joined by Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov, who will serve as mission specialists.
The crew will conduct scientific investigations and look at how technology could work on future exploration missions to the Moon and Mars.
