"Someone saw something," said Joyce Kesse, Jennifer's mother. "It's so passed time to have closure, and that's the hope that I have and will have until we get an answer."

Detectives believe the then 24-year-old left for work on the morning of Jan. 24, 2006, but she never made it.

Orlando police says its strongest piece of evidence is a surveillance image of a person of interest, as well as Kesse's car, which was found at a condo complex about a mile from where she lived.

"It is someone in the public that makes the call, that enables law enforcement to do what they do best and truly find Jennifer," said Drew Kesse, Jennifer's father.

According to detectives, their current focus is re-examining and re-submitting evidence from that car, hoping strides in crime-lab technology result in new leads.

"A lot of testing that's been done can be redone with these new kits." said Detective Teresa Sprague. "We're concentrating on Jennifer's vehicle. We think the answers probably lie there."

Since Jennifer Kesse's disappearance, thousands of tips have come in to the family, but nothing has panned out.

Most recently, in December of 2015, a tip lead the family and law enforcement to Biscayne Bay in Miami.

"No one should go through not being found," said Drew Kesse.

If anyone has any information that could lead detectives to Kesse's whereabouts, contact the Crimeline at 1 (800) 423-TIPS.

"We will never forget Jennifer," said Chief John Mina. "We will never give up our search to find Jennifer."
