šPlayground Protection: Beating the heat and staying safeš
Hey there Insiders! Itās meteorologist Michelle Morgan, your friendly neighborhood meteorologist. Iām excited about whatās going on in our community! There are so many new things to try, fun events and new playgrounds to explore with my little one.
Itās great to see our community growing and offering more opportunities for families like mine to enjoy together.
Now that itās starting to get hot outside, more pool and beach days are on the agenda but also, more playground time.
Playgrounds can get super hot, over 100 degrees on an 80-degree day and more than 120 on 90-degree days. Thatās not safe for our little ones.
As a mom, Iām always checking playground equipment before my kid plays. Want more tips for playground safety? Click here!
Iām always looking for new playgrounds around town. Great news! A new playground recently opened and is located in West Orange County ready for little ones to explore.
