ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando Magic made little noise before the NBA trade deadline.
The only move the team made was trading guard Tyus Jones and two second-round picks to the Charlotte Hornets for cash considerations on Wednesday.

Following the deadline on Thursday, Magic president of basketball operations Jeff Weltman spoke to the media. He addressed the current state of the team, his faith in both the young core of the team and spoke of support in head coach Jamahl Mosley.

The Magic followed the trade deadline with a 118-98 win at home versus the Brooklyn Nets.
