Veteran Orlando journalist Martie Salt left retirement to return to the airwaves on WKMG-TV News 6 in August 2026. Previously, Salt spent 29 years as an anchor at WFTV-TV in Orlando before retiring in 2019. Salt also served as an anchor at WFTS-TV in Tampa.
