BAY LAKE, Fla. – Celebrating championship wins at Disney World has become a tradition for many professional athletes—from Super Bowl winners to World Series MVPs.
While he didn’t participate in a parade, a Stanley Cup champion paraded around EPCOT’s World Showcase with the NHL’s famous trophy.

Disney shared photos of Florida Panthers’ Evan Rodrigues posing with the Stanley Cup at various spots. The Canuck even used the Stanley Cup to shower members of his party with maple popcorn in the Canada Pavilion.

The Stanley Cup took a ride on the Disney Skyliner, too.
The Panthers won the Stanley Cup in June 2024 and June 2025 by defeating the Edmonton Oilers in both finals.
It’s a long-standing tradition for each member of the championship team to spend a day with the Stanley Cup during the NHL off-season.
