ORLANDO, Fla. – Get ready to set sail on a flavor-packed adventure at SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival.
Returning Jan. 30 through May 17, this year’s festival is has over 200 global flavors and rotating menus at nearly 30 marketplace huts inspired by cuisines from around the world.
New for 2026, eight fresh marketplace concepts debut, including Old Fashioned Milk Co., Travelers Café, Half Pipe Pavilion, Cantina, Lucky Cat, Mediterranean Wine, Brews by Florida Avenue Brewing Co., and Hops and Dreams by Wicked Weed.
Returning fan favorite menu items include buttery lobster rolls, BBQ pulled pork mac & cheese, Brazilian churrasco steak with chimichurri, Polynesian Huli-Huli chicken, rich butter chicken, Southern-style shrimp and grits, and sweet Mediterranean baklava.
All-new secret menu
For the first time ever, guests can unlock the exclusive secret menu at Sharks Underwater Grill, a three-course surprise dining experience available daily.
Fine pairings
This year’s festival introduces a wine pairing dinner series featuring five-course, chef-curated menus matched with premium wines. Expect dishes like seared sea scallops with guava polenta paired with Monterey Chardonnay and porcini-dusted duck breast alongside California Pinot Noir, all served with live music and expert storytelling.

The Seven Seas Food Festival Concert Series brings over 30 headliners spanning six decades of music, from pop and hip-hop to country, classic rock, and Latin beats.
