ORLANDO, Fla. – Butterbeer, Bièraubeurre, whatever you call it.... ‘tis the season for the iconic drink at Universal Orlando Resort.
Running March 1-May 31 across The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at the resort, fans can find Butterbeer in all three themed areas: Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida, Hogsmeade at Universal Islands of Adventure, and the Ministry of Magic at Universal Epic Universe.
The season debuts a new signature item, the Butterbeer Waffle, served for a limited time at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade and the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley.
Universal Orlando will also offer limited-time sweets exclusive to the resort: a Butterbeer Cupcake, Butterbeer Cookie Sandwich, Butterbeer Candy Apple and Butterbeer Shortbread Bar available at Honeydukes in Hogsmeade and Sugarplum’s Sweet Shop in Diagon Alley. A Biéraubeurre (Butterbeer) Crème Brûlée will be offered at Café L’air de la Siréne in the Ministry of Magic.
Butterbeer-flavored truffles and macarons will debut at the K. Rammelle confectionery shop in the Ministry of Magic at Universal Epic Universe and will be available year-round. New Butterbeer merchandise — including a spirit jersey, t-shirt and bucket hat — will be sold across The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and online.
