ORLANDO, Fla. – After a guest died at SeaWorld Orlando back in 2024, the park is now being sued by his family, according to court records obtained by News 6.
The complaint was filed on Monday morning, and it claims that the man — identified as Antony Billinghurst of England — was on vacation in Orlando back in August 2024.
But while visiting SeaWorld, Billinghurst died, though the lawsuit doesn’t make it clear what the circumstances of his death were.

“Defendant (Sea World of Florida), by and through its employees, agents, representatives, and servants, was negligent, leading to Antony’s death,” the complaint reads.
Now, Billinghurst’s family is pushing for a jury trial to collect damages from the park.
