A woman is speaking out for the first time after a shooting inside a parking garage at the Orange County Courthouse, testifying that her estranged husband had been stalking her and attempted to kill her.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 26-year-old Kenneth Jerome Logan Jr. He is accused of shooting at a woman in the parking garage of the Orange County Courthouse in Downtown Orlando Wednesday.
